Those indicate that the email addresses you are sending to either do not exist or have blocked you from sending email to them. If you are certain they are valid, you might want to contact the recepient and remind them you're sending them email and that they should approve you as a sender in their spam filter. Many spam filters will protect their account holders by telling you the account does not exist in hopes that if you are an electronic program, you will remove the email address from your database.

Reading the rejections you can catch the key phrases -

Recipient address rejected: No such user (xyz@xyz.net))

Sorry your message to xyz@yahoo.com cannot be delivered. This account has been disabled or discontinued

Which give you the indicator of what has happened.  You have three options -
a) remove this email address from your campaign, which will stop the sends but also stop the rejections
b) If you think the address is valid, contact the sender and verify their address.   You may also want to suggest they "white list" you or put you into their address book as an approved sender
c) Continue sending the messages and simply delete the rejections.
